Delivery and Returns

Shipping & packaging:

Individual jewellery orders are delivered to you in a stylish Uccelli gift package.

Within the United Kingdom and Ireland items are sent by Royal Mail standard or Special Delivery. Recorded deliveries are insured up to the value of the item purchased.

Prices vary slightly depending on the total value of the goods.

Royal mail special delivery service = £7.00

Shipping to the rest of the world will cost between £10.00 and £12.00 depending on destination.

Delivery Destinations:

Uccelli jewellery can be sent all over the world.

Customs Charges:

International customers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Uccelli has no control over these charges.

Shipping Times:

Most items are made to order in our studio and can take between 1- 3 weeks. However, if an item is in stock it will be posted within 2 working days. An email will be sent to confirm dispatch.

If you require a piece of jewellery for a specific date please make note in your email to ensure that the request can be met.

Estimated Shipping Times UK – 1-3 days when in stock.

International – International Signed For services.
Parcels take between 3 and 7 days, depending on destination.

Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery.

Returns Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied we offer a repair or replacement service. Please contact our studio first, or if a gift, ask the purchaser to contact us.

We will arrange a repair, replacement or gift certificate as appropriate.
Refunds are offered at Uccelli studio’s discretion. We regret that earrings and custom made items, cannot be returned.

When returning from outside the UK and Ireland, you must contact us within 14 days to alert us to any problems with the items. Failure to do this will mean that we will be unable to accept returned goods.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Uccelli studio. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service (or your country’s equivalent) to insure it against loss or damage.

Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part from the original order.
